PMQ – one of the greatest creatives hubs in Hong Kong. A Platform for collaboration and exchange, a meeting place for international designers and home to 100+ local entrepreneurs, along with pop-up galleries and retail, located in the middle of Soho, in Central Hong Kong.
PMQ is the original campus of the Central School formed in 1862.
During our visit we have had an opportunity to try out some screen printing technique. We were leaving the workshops with a brand new shopping bag with a gorgeous screen printed pattern done by ourselves. Fantastic souvenir!
The studios located in PMQ reminded me a bigger version of the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, where the makers produce their products in front of visitors and offer their sales to the public.
